 Why is Abortion Wrong?
“But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child - a direct killing of the innocent child - murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love, and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even his life to love us. So the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love - that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts. By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems. And by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching the people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. THAT IS WHY THE GREATEST DESTROYER OF LOVE AND PEACE IS ABORTION. "

Abortion is the taking of an innocent life. It goes against the Lord’s commandment “You shall not kill” (Exodus 20:13). Furthermore, in Exodus 21:22-23 we confirm that God views the unborn child as a person: “If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows. But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life.”Because the death penalty applies if the fetus has been seriously injured, it means that God considers the unborn child a human being.
God created human beings in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26-27). In various passages in the Bible, we are reminded of God’s love and plan for us; we enjoy great value. In psalm 139:13-14 the psalmist cries out in joy: “for You formed my inward parts, You did knit me in my mother’s womb. I praise you! For You are fearful and wonderful. Wonderful are Your works!”

Human beings are destined for greatness; we were all created for a purpose no matter the circumstances of our conception, the economical or educational level of our parents. God doesn’t make “mistakes.”
Life begins at conception, and the unborn child is a human being. St. John the Baptist leapt for joy in Elizabeth’s womb when Jesus in Mary visited them (Lk 1:41,44)
